Feldenkrais Awareness-Through-Movement Class
Winter’s hibernation is over, and Spring is around the
corner: Are you ready to tend to your garden or to kayak, climb, run, hike, bike?
Weeding, planting, chopping, pruning, loading
wheelbarrows with compost; bending, kneeling, stretching, squatting, twisting, turning, and reaching high.
For everyone who wants to become more flexible as the days get longer and the outside world calls for action. With the mindful and very effective movements of the Feldenkrais Method we prepare ourselves for all outdoor and garden activities that we want to pick up after the winter break. We will discover our unknown habits that might have hindered us in the past to fully enjoy these activities and find new resources within ourselves to ease into all of them. The movements will be attentive and slow; bringing warm layers, Socks and a blanket is recommended.
