Feldenkrais and Eurythmy Workshop
Hands and Feet
For Whom:
What do my hands have to do with my shoulders, my feet with my back or my hands with my feet? Do you want to learn about these connections, your habits and how to change them to better support yourself in everything you do?
This class is for you if you want to improve your daily life activities, may it be gardening, music, art, computer work, or writing……wake up your dormant capacities.
When:
July 15th, 2023 from 9:30 until 12pm and 1:30pm until 4pm

Studio B 205 in the back building of the Airport Center,
1286 Mt. Baker Rd, Eastsound, WA 98245
Costs: $125.00
Please, wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided,
but you can bring your own Yoga mat if you like.
Snacks are provided, restaurants for lunch are close by.

Eurythmy Class
Surrendered to the sense’s
revelation….
The days are longest at this time of the year, drawing us out of ourselves into the periphery.
In this class, we learn how to balance this tendency and stay centered, while expanding.
Interesting dynamics appear between moving forms when we create them together in space. Together, we bring to expression the soul mood of a particular week or season.
Experience form and color in movement and discover how it deepens your connection to the world, to the seasons, to yourself.
For Whom?
This class is for everyone who enjoys movement and dance.
It is for you, if you want to enhance your spatial awareness, and for you if you want to deepen your connection to the quality of the seasons, nourish your inner life and strengthen your life forces.

Wednesday, July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, July26th at 5:30 pm

Cost: 4 sessions: $75.- or drop in $20 per session.

Bring your interest and curiosity and wear comfortable clothing.
