Feldenkrais and Eurythmy Workshop
Our Feet – Our Foundation
We all leave our individual footprint on this earth.
In this workshop, we will be refining the alignment of our feet, legs and body.
How we stand on our feet determines the way we find uprightness – all the way up to the head. You will learn more about your individual footprint, and how you can improve your whole posture and balance while discovering new ways to connect with the earth.
Who: This workshop is for everyone who wants to improve standing, walking, hiking, running, dancing, or just wants to feel more grounded and connected.
When: February 11th 2023 from 9:30 until 12pm and 1:30pm until 4pm (4 sessions)
Where: Studio B 205 in the back building of the Airport Center,

Costs: $ 125.- cash, check or Venmo.
What to bring: Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. I provide mats, but if you prefer, you can bring your own yoga mat or blanket.
Snacks are provided during breaks, restaurants for lunch are close by.

Find stability on your feet, flexibility in your spine, freedom of movement in your hips, arms and shoulders and a relaxed alignment of your head and neck.
For Whom: This course is for you if you want to learn techniques and exercises to improve your stability and flexibility and the range of motion in your daily actions, may it be gardening, sitting in front of a computer, hiking, running, doing crafts and sports.
What to expect: With elements of the Feldenkrais Method and Eurythmy, we will explore gentle exercises to support the regenerative capacities of your body. You will discover new ways to connect the lower body with the upper body, so your feet and legs support the action of your arms, and you discover how your eyes are connected to your stability on your legs.
What to bring: Please, wear comfortable clothing. I’ll provide mats. If you prefer, bring your own yoga mat or a blanket.
Where: Studio 205 B at the Airport Center, 1286 Mt. Baker Rd., 98245 Eastsound.

When: Ongoing Feldenkrais classes on Monday evenings at 6:45 to 8pm and Thursday mornings at 10 am – 11:15. Cost: $150 for 6 sessions or $28 drop in.

During these last two years, you might have spent more hours in front of the computer than ever before. Perhaps you developed uncomfortable symptoms like tired, burning eyes, blurry vision, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, and difficulties with sleep. |
For Whom: This course is for you if you are looking for ways to counteract the above-mentioned symptoms and want to learn techniques and exercises to improve your posture and enhance your well- being.
What to expect: With elements of the Feldenkrais Method and Eurythmy, we will explore gentle exercises to support the regenerative capacities of the eyes, relax neck and shoulders and learn about their connections to the whole body.
You will walk away relaxed, refreshed and with improved peripheral vision. You will have tools to maintain your well-being despite your work on the computer.
What to bring: Please, wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, one or two blankets and a firm pillow or a towel to use as a support for your head. Bring gymnastic slippers or comfortable sneakers for Eurythmy if possible.

- In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, I provide in person sessions in my practice for people who are healthy and without symptoms.
- My workspace allows for 6ft distance when working with Eurythmy Therapy. The space is well ventilated with two windows and an HEPA air purifier. I follow the hygienic protocol to keep the room and the air clean. All tools, e.g. copper rods and copper balls are cleaned and sanitized after each patient.
- Online sessions either via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.

Libra – Equilibrium – Balance
Autumn, the time between the out-breath of summer and the in-breath of winter. Some days are filled with a quiet golden light, some days are wet and stormy and announce the darker time of the year – Libra – a time of the in- between; a time to celebrate equilibrium.
With gentle movement elements of the Feldenkrais Method and Eurythmy we explore polarities and enjoy finding balance and equilibrium – our mobile, stable middle.
For Whom: This course is for you if you want to find new balance after surgery, or if you are in rehabilitation after an injury, if you want to improve your balance in general, or if you want to find inner balance in a time of transition.
We learn how to become comfortable in the in-between, and how to integrate opposing elements.
When: October 15th 2022, from 9:30 until 12pm and 1:30pm until 4pm (4 sessions)
